The International Butter Club's website is owned and operated by Lowly and Dash FZC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The International Butter Club (IBC). The IBC offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
The IBC currently uses Printful to provide drop-shipped merchandise to customers around the world. We rely on Printful for printing, manufacturing, distribution and shipping in order to bring products to customers worldwide. The IBC is not personally responsible or liable for transactions and/or distribution handled by Printful.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and/or Printful.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
By visiting the Site, you represent, warrant and covenant that (a) you are at least 18 years old; (b) that all materials of any kind submitted by you to the IBC through the Site or for inclusion on the Site will not plagiarize, violate or infringe upon the rights of any third-party including trade secret, copyright, trademark, trade dress, privacy, patent, or other personal or proprietary rights. The customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
If you use the IBC's site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account from any devices, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. The Site shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of, or in connection with, your failure to comply with this section.
This Site may not be used by you for any commercial purposes such as to conduct sales of merchandise or services of any kind. You must obtain the IBC's prior written consent to make commercial offers of any kind on the Site, whether by advertising, solicitations, links, or any other form of communication. The International Butter Club will investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the Site and barring such violators from use of the Site.
To return something, please email email@example.com and provide the order number and reason for return. All returns require authorisation by a customer service representative within 30 days of the delivery date. Unauthorised returns will be refused and will not be refunded.
Refunds will be made into the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card
Please note we do not currently cover the cost of return shipping
Any order discrepancies must be reported within 3 working days, including the reporting of damaged items
When reporting damaged items please have order number to hand and images of the damaged product
Please handle your products with care! Damages caused by improper handling are not the responsibility of The International Butter Club
Personalised items are not returnable
All digital download products are not eligible for refund if the product has already been downloaded
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded
Shipping and returns are handled and processed by the closest geographical Printful.com distribution centre
The International Butter Club reserves the right to amend and modify the Terms of Service and the Shipping and Returns policy at any time.
